OVERVIEW

Welcome to Paw and Frankie. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paw and Frankie. We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

SECTION 1 - PERSONALIZATION & CUSTOM ORDERS

Because many of our products (including the Heritage and Terra collections) are custom-engraved:

• Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the text provided for engraving (names, phone numbers, etc.). We will engrave exactly what is provided in the order notes.
• No Changes: Once an order enters the production phase (typically within 12–24 hours), we cannot modify or cancel the engraving details.
• Non-Refundable: Custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by Paw and Frankie.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT ACCURACY & EXPECTATIONS

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

• Color Variance: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
• Material Natural Variance: Some materials may have slight variations in texture or finish that are inherent to the manufacturing process.
• Discretion: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

• Delivery Estimates: All shipping dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or international transit issues.
• Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

SECTION 4 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paw and Frankie shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits or replacement costs—arising from your use of any of our products.

Our products are designed for standard pet use. While our hardware is heavy-duty, no collar or leash is indestructible. It is the owner's responsibility to inspect gear for wear and tear to ensure pet safety.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Paw and Frankie and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Service or products without express written permission from us.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. You agree that any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the courts of New Zealand.
